Role Overview:
KNS Metro Properties is looking for a highly experienced and strategic Sales Head to lead our sales division for premium plotted development projects. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in real estate plot sales with leadership and business development expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team (Team Leaders & Business Development Executives).
Build and maintain strong client, channel partner, and investor relationships.
Oversee lead generation, follow-ups, site visits, and conversion strategies.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and present to management.
Ensure the team meets individual and group sales targets consistently.
Work closely with the marketing team to plan campaigns, events, and promotions.
Conduct training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory policies (RERA, etc.).

involves team handling, lead management, client engagement, site visits, and achieving sales
targets. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication,
and a proven track record in real estate sales (plots/land).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and guide a team of Business Development Executives to achieve sales
targets.
Generate sales through team efforts and personal client handling.
Allocate leads to team members and ensure proper follow-up.
Conduct regular training, mentoring, and performance reviews of the team.
Handle high-value client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
